OSP Designs Warrants, to the original purchaser its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days. Defects and damage from misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, accident, vandalism, rusting, acts of nature or any other event beyond the control of OSP Designs is not covered. The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage that may result from normal use. Liability for incidental or consequential damages is excluded. The user assumes all risk of injury resulting from use of this product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
osp designs SEATING LIMITED Warranty
OSP Designs chairs are warranted from the date of purchase against failure due to material and workmanship as follows:
- 5 Years on all non-moving metal parts.
- 2 Years on component parts including Control mechanisms, pneumatic cylinders, wood, plastic parts, base and casters.
- 1 Year on upholstery fabric and foam against wear and deterioration.
- We cannot warrant leather against routine scratching and scuffing, as all leather is subject to minor blemishes in normal use.
To make a warranty claim, contact Parts Department. Provide model number, proof of purchase, description of the problem and obtain return authorization. At it’s option OSP Designs will:
- Supply compatible components of current manufacture.
- Repair the customer’s component. The customer must prepay freight on any components returned to the factory. Return freight on components still in warranty will be paid by OSP Designs.
All warranties are limited to the original purchaser for normal Residential usage by persons weighing 200 lbs. or less 150 lbs. for the S111. This warranty will not cover labor, freight or damage from misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, accident, vandalism, rusting, acts of nature or any other event beyond the control of Office Star Products. The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage that may result from normal use. Liability for incidental or consequential damages is excluded. Our quality standards are among the highest in the industry. Sometimes, no matter how hard we try, there are times when parts are damaged or missing. 1. Shipping Coverage
Morviena currently ships orders only within the United States. Deliveries outside the U.S. are not available at this time. Orders placed with an address outside the service area will be canceled and refunded.
2. Flat Shipping Rate
All orders are subject to a flat shipping rate of $30 USD. This charge covers order handling, packaging, carrier costs, and delivery to the customer’s specified address. The shipping cost remains fixed regardless of destination or order size within the United States.
3. Total Delivery Timeline
Processing Time: 1–3 Business Days
Transit Time: 3–4 Business Days
The total delivery window is approximately 4–7 business days, combining both processing and transit periods.
Customers receive tracking details by email once their order has been shipped, allowing them to follow the delivery progress in real time.
4. Delivery Methods
Morviena uses reliable national carriers for deliveries. Packages are shipped to the customer’s provided address as entered at checkout.
It is important that customers ensure the address and contact information are correct before submitting an order, as changes cannot be made after dispatch.

Return Eligibility
Morviena accepts returns for both defective and non-defective products. Customers may return any item within 90 days from the date of delivery, provided it meets the conditions listed below:
- The product must be in its original condition, with all parts, accessories, and packaging intact.
- Furniture showing signs of use, assembly damage, or modification may not qualify for return unless found defective.
- The customer must include proof of purchase, such as the order number or confirmation email, when submitting a return request.
- Items returned after the 90-day window are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Return Period
Customers have up to 90 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. The return request must be made in writing by contacting support@morviena.store during business hours.
After approval, the customer will receive detailed return instructions, including the return address and next steps.
Accepted Reasons for Return
Morviena accepts returns for the following reasons:
- The product arrived defective or damaged.
- The wrong product was shipped.
- The customer is not satisfied with the purchase or changed their mind (non-defective return).
Both defective and non-defective returns are accepted under this policy.
Exchanges
Morviena also accepts exchanges for eligible items within the 90-day window. Exchanges may be processed when:
- The customer prefers a replacement for a defective item.

Return Label
Arranging the return label is the customer’s responsibility.
No Restocking Fees
Morviena does not charge any restocking fees for returned items. Customers receive a full refund of the product’s purchase price, subject to condition verification.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 14 business days after Morviena receives and inspects the returned item.
The refund is issued to the same payment method used at the time of purchase. Customers will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
Depending on the payment provider, it may take additional days for the refund to reflect in the customer’s account.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Products that have been used, modified, or damaged after delivery.
- Items missing parts, packaging, or original accessories.
- Customized or special-order furniture items.
If an item does not qualify for return, Morviena will inform the customer before shipping the product back to them.
